General
Course description:
The HyperMorph module allows model changes or the parameterization of models based on finite elements. This greatly simplifies the creation of model variants, so that e.g. Holes, radii (fillets) or any dimensions can easily be changed without having to access the underlying CAD parametrics. Since this process only changes the position of the FE nodes, executable solver decks are immediately available for a new analysis after morphing.
Prerequisites:
Basic knowledge of HyperMesh
Goals and Objectives:
- Basics of morphing
- Use of entities to change models; Morph volumes, domains and handles, morph constraints
- Options to change models: Freehand morphing and sculpting, map to geometry
- Working with shapes
