Course Outline:

This training session focuses on the considerations for modeling particle solids with EDEM, introduces the philosophy and the importance of calibration. Furthermore, the participants will learn the calibration of coarse particulate solids and on the calibration approach for fine materials such as powders. Additional calibration tools, such as the GEMM Database, Calibration Kit and EDEM Ca,l are also introduced during this training session.

Prerequisites
Completion of EDEM e-learning and EDEM Introduction training recommended.
