Course Summary

In this course, you will learn how to couple EDEM with Altair’s general-purpose CFD code. This solution enables engineers to  simulate the interaction between fluid and particles and investigate complex systems such as fluidized beds, solid-liquid mixing, spray coating, filtration, and drying. Three different types of couplings are available and will be explained in this course: Field Data Coupling, Unidirectional Coupling, and Bidirectional Coupling.
